I have total 10 years of experience which includes more than 7 years of experience in plant molecular virology and 3 years of expertise in molecular nematology research. I am well versed with numerous molecular biology techniques which includes PCR, qRT-PCR, multiplex PCR, Immunocapture PCR, RPA assay, protein expression, extraction and purification, SDS-PAGE, western blotting, DAC- and DAS-ELISA, RNAi construct designing, gateway cloning, plant tissue culture techniques, transgenic development, database and bioinformatics tools i.e. NCBI, EXPASY, ClustalW, Bioedit, MEGA X, RDP 4, SDT, ORF finder, Primer 3 and IDT etc. Show less
