I have been involved in Arbitration of Islamic finance since 2007. My experience in Islamic finance product focusing the legal and Shariha perspectives of that products. Based on that, I have been participated in a lot of Arbitral Tribunals which they settled many disputes in relation to Islamic finance products in Murabaha, Syndicated international Murabaha, Lease ending with transfer of ownership, Istisna, Mudaraba, Musharaka, Sukuk, and wakala. I have many years of experience in dealing with litigation matters and conciliations in UAE Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, and Sudan. I have been provided the companies and Business mans the Legal consultation in their business. I have extensive management experience in terms of creating legal departments and running them. I had Contribute in the drafting of the Chart, Regulations and Administrative procedures of the IICRA. I have been involved in the formation of the governing and executive bodies (executive committee, board of trustees and general assembly).Preparation of agendas and minutes of meetings of the governing bodies. I have been involved in day-to-day work and administrative work of the Arbitration Centre, and communicate with the legal and legitimate surrounding.
