I am currently engaged as senior Technical expert at ITU-Wing of United Nations, and as Senior Scientist at RPTU University, Germany. I am also a founding director of AI solutions company Applied Cognition Systems Pvt. Ltd, and PharmIT services pvt.ltd. I have over 40 years of experience spanning various roles as an entrepreneur, business manager, corporate manager, scientist, teacher and independent consultant in diverse settings - Startup/Giant companies, Service/Product oriented industry and Research/education institutions in multinational Government/Corporate environments. I have M.Tech and Ph.D degrees, several international research publications and patent filings and been a mentor for 100+ P.G. students. I am a recipient of recognition awards from Indian Academy of Sciences, Intel Corporation and industry in general. I have contributed as a special invitee to Health IT standards advisory committee of central ministry of IT and am a member of professionals bodies such as IETE, IAMI and TSI. In my hobbies, I love playing TT and cricket; story writing, sketching, writing poems, composing and singing songs.
