CurrentROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES are: • To perform audit of Batch Record and other associated documents of Finished Pharmaceutical Products and execute batch disposition of finished product for market dispatch along with the relevant entries in SAP after release authorization certificate.• To coordinate with Production, QC, Supply Chain & Export Distribution Department for timely dispatch of products.• Responsible to maintain the BR receiving log book as per GDP.• Provide on-time RFT data with all relevant information to the concerned for monthly report and communicate RFT's to the concern department for rectification.• Responsible to perform on time reporting of GMP Anomalies, Change control,Deviations as per the SOP when required.• Responsible for the assurance of return goods integrity and UD on SAP after approval of Manager QA.• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
