Ph.D. in Demography (from Gokhale) and Master in Population Studies from IIPS, Mumbai. With about two decades of experience in MLE, I am responsible for building and embedding the M&E capability within the organization. I am also responsible for designing, developing and implementing high-quality, user friendly monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and processes for programs. I support teams in developing data driven strategies and make decisions for course corrections and risk mitigation, wherever necessary. I provide technical direction for MLE related systems, processes, analysis, and reporting of programs and also contribute to developing in-house tools and data management systems to track MLE indicators. Additionally, I provide technical support and contribute to staff training and mentoring in the areas of MLE
