Eight years of experience in Coastal and Ocean Engineering emphasises physical and computational modelling of coastal and offshore structures. During my combined Master’s and Doctoral research, I concentrated on the breaking wave impact study on wave return seawalls using experimental and numerical methods. The laboratory study involves testing wave return seawall in shallow wave flume (2D) to investigate wave impact characteristics and design wave loads. The numerical modelling has been performed through the open-source numerical models OpenFOAM and Hydro3D. Multinational experience in research with Top tier laboratories in Ocean Engineering, including University College London and Leibniz University Hannover. Session Chair, published articles and presented technical papers at prestigious international coastal and offshore conferences (including ICCE, ICOE, IEEE - OCEANS).Reviewer in top-tier ASCE Journals, including Ocean Engineering and Journal of waterways, port, coastal, and ocean engineering.
