I am a results-driven professional with rich experience in Research & Development, Finite element modeling and Teaching in engineering across the Education sector. Strong acumen in Manufacturing Science and Engineering. During my tenure with reputed institutes, I have got well acquainted with researching and analyzing Mechanical and Manufacturing engineering problems. I was able to successfully solve an existing problem of railway wheel failure as a part of PhD and worked as research engineer in the project sponsored by Indian Railways. This gave a huge motivation towards solving Industrial problems. My functional fortes also comprise of applying basic scientific principles to solve technical problems. I have gained a profound understanding of the subject to create, execute, and analyze student assessments. Throughout my vast career, I have been involved in building a collaborative and friendly research and teaching environment using and enforcing behavior guides, team teaching, interactive learning and guiding PhD scholars. My indigenous experience has endowed me with a strong background in steering fostering constructive and effective teaching methods that promote a stimulating learning environment.
