After nearly twenty years of academic career, I started to expand myself in the field of life education and training after my return (from the UK) to HK in 2010. I've always been passionate, and curious about life and people. I wish to use my experiences and skills to nurture and empower others. I became CEO (p/t) of Dreams Possible, a registered charity in HK in 2016. Dreams Possible promotes life education, coaching and volunteer services. My role includes strategic planning, community building, leadership support, media management, coaching and training. The service targets of Dreams Possible are from all walks of life, including visually impaired elderly, terminally ill patients, children of deprived families, reformed drug addicts etc. As a small-sized charity, Dreams Possible has been able to mobilise large number of volunteers to make social impact. In the past five years, it has rolled out two major projects with a total funding of 8 million dollars (HK$) for coaching of former drug addicts. I am also the Chair of HK Thanks-Giving Movement, and serve as a Board Member of CODAHK (Children of Deaf Adults), both are registered charities in HK. I am experienced in life coaching. I work mostly with professionals, e.g. executives, teachers, social workers… etc. My consultancy work (via my own company "Red Force 紅夥") brings me to meet affluent communities and families, to whom I serve as Family Coach. For the rest of my life, philanthropy, life education and holistic body-mind-spiritual health will be my call. I am very blessed to be integrating passion, work and fun. The fulfillment I get from daily encounters, challenges and results makes life so incredible!
