Managed a workforce of 30+ people in the day-to-day operations of the Radiology department.My day-to-day responsibilities included:• Patient streamlining for smooth patient inflow and outflow.• To ensure implementation of clinical and non-clinical operations as well as compliance with clinical pathways.• Application of HIMS Software for Radiology, Lab & Billing• Identifying operational issues and providing workable solutions.• Strategic Planning and Analysis of patient waiting time, total turnaround time and other patient related issues.• Reporting to the HOD and escalating/apprising him on issues throughout the day• Charting out process flows and dashboards to monitor the trends.• Performance Appraisal of team members.• Attending meetings and seminars conducted across the department.• Conducting feasibility studies (cost and benefit analysis) for existing operations and making recommendations for improvement and growth of services • Rationalization of existing manpower and assessment of manpower requirement of the Radiology Department for a 500 bedded hospital expansion• Presentation & Analysis of Departmental performance review across the group.• Data collection/ Documentation related to clinical parameters and analysis of the same..
