I’m looking to expand my knowledge and network in business advising, psychology (I/O), and military transition policy, as well as in analytical and defense related organizations because I want to keep expanding the following skills: program management, project management, strategic planning, critical thinking, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, compliance and regulatory affairs. I have the ability to work autonomously with a strong knowledge of organizational dynamics, enabling the enhancement of industrial behavior performance and productivity across diverse workplace settings leveraged to mentor over 978 professionals over 3 years. I also have a strong understanding of interdependencies of various contributing functions with extensive experience implementing and optimizing methods such as qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, experimental and quasi-experimental designs, case studies, action research, and literature reviews, as evidenced by 7 optimized methodologies. I have the ability to work professionally and cross-functionally with leading minds in the industry collaborating with key opinion leaders such as local, state, and federal consultants, fostering an integrated approach to refine business planning and development process, as demonstrated by working with over 13 teams. In addition, I have the following qualifications: Project management skills and experience utilizing robust research methodologies to improve mental health within workplace environments, ensuring employees' well-being and productivity, as demonstrated by completing over 15 successful presentations per month for over 3 years on topics related to department defense curriculum, transitioning service members, military spouses, and entrepreneurship. Experience in managing project details and tasks established through 10 successful projects, while facilitating the successful transition of active-duty service members into civilian workforce roles through entrepreneurship, vocational, and educational pathways.Ability to interface with a team virtual or in-person while developing and implementing the Department of Defense curriculum focused on entrepreneurship and transitioning strategies for service members and delivered 15 presentations over 3 years.
