Lifestyle Intervention in Gestational Diabetes (LIVING Study) A multi-site, multi-country individual Randomized Controlled Trail (RCT) Key responsibilities:• Project Operations Study / Project start – up activities - worked closely with the study teams, supporting the start-up activities, managing Trial Master File & other regulatory documents with adherence to GCP guidelines. • Monitoring & Evaluation Facilitate with compliance to all aspects of the project protocols Developed and monitored implementation of project work plans – recruitment, intervention & follow up Tracking the Adverse Events and communicating the same to the IEC. Acted as primary liaison between all levels of research staff including Data Coordinating Center, Central Coordinating Center and Principal Investigators across study sites • Data management Work with the site study staff to monitor accuracy and completeness of data collection and data entry to ensure quality data management. Monitor query resolution and quality of data in the Electronic Data Capture Systems. Review study database and develop data reports to track study progress • Training Organize and conduct training sessions for the study staff. • Academic performance Assists in the development of technical research documents and operational technical resources like ethics application writing, research proposals, case reports etc. Conduct literature review.

Key responsibilities :• Promote occupational health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working.• Organize and conduct health and wellness camps. • Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation. • Inspection of workplaces and workplace equipment to ensure they meet safety regulations and to identify hazards and risks. • Ensure personal protective equipment are being used in workplaces according to regulations. • Record and report hazards, accidents, injuries, and health issues within the workplace. • Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory return to work. • Coordinate emergency procedures and first aid crews. • Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of occupational health and safety programs. • Develop occupational health and safety systems, including policies, procedures, and manuals.
