My activities as IT manager are based on my university studies of business administration with a focus on controlling and also on great experience in project management in the field of management & IT consulting. Continuous learning and additional courses, e.g. from Singularity University, help me to keep updated in times of rapid change.Digitalization helps to realize savings due to effective workflows, to allow data driven management and to set the base for new business models.Scalability through simplicity serves as growth enabler, especially in private equity-owned companies based on buy & build, with standardized plug & play for new targets, as well as a tool to reduce and optimize IT costs through scale effects.Security protects business with high availability of IT services and ensures resilience against external threats.To meet these key drivers and create value, it is important to understand the needs of stakeholders (clients, investors and employees).
