Dr. Robert Pesale is the clinical director of Stratford Chiropractic Spine and Injury Center, which he founded in 1990. He has successfully helped tens of thousands of patients address painful symptoms arising from motor vehicle crashes, whiplash, physical trauma, neck pain, back pain, headaches, and work-related injuries. He is among a select group of practitioners who are certified in chiropractic biophysics (CBP®) and non-surgical spinal decompression. He uses only scientifically-proven strategies to help individuals across Connecticut achieve their health goals. He is currently in the process of completing the first-ever fellowship program to be co-credentialed by a chiropractic college and a medical school. Upon completing this fellowship, Dr. Pesale will be certified in spinal biomechanics and trauma treatment by both Cleveland Chiropractic University and the University of Buffalo, Jacobs School of Medicine. He is also among a select group of chiropractors who have been nationally-certified to teach American Medical Association (AMA)-approved courses to doctors as a graduate medical provider. On top of this, Dr. Pesale is one of 125 chiropractors nationwide who have been named to the Academy of Chiropractic’s Trauma Team, and is one of 31 chiropractors to have been authorized as a Primary Spine Care practitioner. This allows him to provide immediate, direct care to patients with spine-related symptoms without first receiving a primary care doctor’s referral.
