Since September 2015, I am working as an Environmental Research Scientist at Bugs for Bugs to develop and implement research projects to achieve environmentally friendly pest production under various climatic conditions. Prior to this, I did my PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), Queensland, Australia. My PhD dissertation focuses on flood adaptation Strategies under climate change: A Socio-hydrological Analysis; aims to analyse the dynamisms of perceived impacts of flood and its adaptation strategies under current and future climate change scenarios. Furthermore, I completed a double Master’s degrees: i) Environmental Science from UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education, The Netherlands and ii) Master of Business Administration (MBA), Holmes Institute, Australia. Likewise, I did Bachelor of Science in Environmental Management from Pokhara University, Nepal. Prior to Australia, I served as an Assistant Professor at Tribhuvan University and worked as an Environmental Officer at the Ministry of Local Development for the Nepalese Government. I have published more than 12 peer review journal articles, more than four dozen general articles and my research work has been recognised by several awards.
