About Dr. Romeo Michael, Ed.D.

I have been successful in both business and education now. In both I have supervised teams of anywhere from 2 - 320 employees/faculty. I have managed budgets upward of 15 million dollars per year. I have led two successful turnaround projects for two different K-12 school districts in Texas. I have worked with the State of Texas on investigating and remediating the problem of over identifying minority students into special education.
