I oversee my company's work with the senior executives of clients. I mentor C-suite executives and help them reshape and redirect their firm's strategies, including: new innovative products and processes; new markets and ways to market; dramatically upgrading the quality of their executive and management team; substantially increasing growth in international markets; and helping lead a troubled firm through a complete turnaround. In recent years, I have done work for numerous Fortune 100 companies.

As an Executive Consultant to the CEO, I led the process of redefining the strategic directions of Harrington Group International (HGI). My work includes growing the firm through external growth via acquisitions; and internal growth through the development of new products, new markets, and new ways to market.I am a Member of the HGI Board of Directors.I am also a Fellow for the Harrington Institute, the consulting arm of HGI and participate with a select group of world class consultants to CEO's and Senior Executives of Fortune 500 companies. My specialty areas, expertise and extensive experience, include: Strategic Planning, Creativity, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Operations Management, and Leadership. I am also a Professor for the HI Academy. I teach senior executives in my areas of expertise.

I have taught undergraduate students; but, during the past four years I have taught only MBA students. I teach courses on-campus, in the evening MBA program: including: Strategic Planning; Macro- and Micro-Economics; Leadership; Operations Management; Business Research; and Statistics.

I taught the Capstone Course in Strategic Planning to second-year MBA students and to executives.I also taught courses in Macro- and Micro-Economics, Business Policy, Marketing, Leadership and Operations Management.

I taught a course on advanced entrepreneurship entitled: Strategic Corporate Entrepreneurship to day-time MBA students and to evening Executive MBA students.

I led the creation of this group of companies and was principle owner. The Group included four companies: Sparagowski & Associates, LLC (S&A) - a mystery shopping and marketing company; National Market Measures, LLC (NMM) - a market research company; Partners in Marketing, LLC (PIM) - a marketing, market research company, and strategic planning company; and Business Research, Inc (BRI) - a market research and telephonic research business with multiple locations.
