As the Founder and Director of Why Waste Wednesdays Foundation (WWWF), I am passionate about promoting sustainable living, waste management and environmental awareness among all stakeholders. I am a two times TEDx speaker inspiring action towards Environment Conservation and have been recognized as Earth Day Network Star for my sustainability initiatives. I am the Brand Ambassador & City Level Task Force Member against SUplastic for Municipal Corporation of Delhi. As the Chairperson, the Local Committee, District South against sexual harassment at work place, I advocate gender equity and safe workplace for women. I am an Ophthalmologist & before starting WWWF, where I provided eye care and surgery to patients in rural areas. My core competencies include leadership, behaviour change through innovation, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity. I am motivated by the mission of improving the environment for everyone and making world a better place. I seek to learn and grow from every opportunity and challenge.
