My translational research along with surgical /clinical experiences along with unique skills as an avid communicator and cross collaborative translational researcher have helped me switch careers and countries. The combined knowledge of Medical devices and technologies like 3D Printing and hands-on hospital-based experience of 15+years in the healthcare Industry including both medical and dental sector has been a blessing to create impact in research translation. Management of stakeholder relationships and communication with KOL’s led me to establish a point of care 3D Printing laboratory at AIIMS, New Delhi.Few skills I gained over the course of my career include:* TEDx Speaker with strong verbal and written communication skills evidenced by 17 publications,1 patent, 1 book, 2 informational booklets, 1 book chapter,1 Podcast and 24 virtual and in-person talks along with more than 30 million INR government research funding. * Sustainable Product development with an ability to identify process pain points with 7 years expertise in solving complex surgical scenarios leading to thesuccesful completion of 3 projects of 8.5 million INR funded by Government of India. * Project Management along with an ability to write and maintain scientific data and grant proposals as demonstrated by obtaining 5 scientific grants ranging from 100,000 to 70 million INR for progress of interdepartmental projects on surgical innovation.I prefer to work in organizations with impact/outcome-oriented culture , who are people & team oriented.I am open to discussing proposals demanding research collaboration.
