• Assist teachers and administrators in evaluating strengths and weaknesses of Mathematics programs and materials within the regular classroom; • Provide teacher support/teacher resource; coordinate and support school Mathematics program; • Create, revise, teach and evaluate Mathematics workshops for new and experienced teachers; • Develop and coordinate instructional intervention and support programs for students in Mathematics below grade level; • Act as a liaison between the teachers, departments, and administrators to coordinate whole school Mathematics program; • Model, co-teach, and coach for implementation of exemplary Mathematics strategies and practices; • Attend meetings and professional development sessions at the district, state, and national level to assist the school administration in creating and implementing professional development for the staff; • Meet regularly with teacher and/or department teams to review data, guide planning, and ensure that Mathematics strategies are used effectively in classroom instruction; • Collect and report assessment data related to student Mathematics and support staff in using this data in instructional decision making;• Observe and give feedback on math instruction in math classes;
