Dr Ryan Handley is a lecturer at the University of Hull, where he teaches organisational behaviour, human resource management, and quantitative research methods. He is also the programme director for the undergraduate business management and CMDA courses. He has over five years of academic experience, as well as a PhD in Business from the University of Huddersfield, where he conducted a longitudinal study on the life satisfaction and subjective wellbeing of older adults using advanced statistical techniques.Dr Handley's research interests include the wellbeing of mature students and older workers, social and economic policy, and data analysis. He is a chartered manager and a member of the Chartered Management Institute, as well as a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He is passionate about enhancing the learning and development of his students and colleagues, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in his field.
