I am the CEO & Founder of 5 companies that grew from $0 to $25M in 5 years with over 500 employees. I am also a performance psychologist, leadership expert, Host of Unleash your Purpose Podcast, and above all else, a foster adoptive dad of 11 and passionate foster care advocate. I believe in building businesses that do well financially and most importantly, do good for the world. As a faith-based social entrepreneur, I founded the nonprofit Friends of Ohana, that provides workforce development, mentorship, and transitional housing for youth aging out of the foster care system. Out of my passion to create solutions for youth aging out of the foster care system, I started and own several other businesses including Hãnai Coffee and several fitness franchises. My innovative programs have been featured in People Magazine, CBS Morning Show, Jennifer Hudson Show, and several local media outlets. I live in Phoenix with my wife Sara and our 11 children (9 of which were adopted through foster care). I have a PhD in Performance Psychology and I have two master’s degrees, one in Christian Leadership and another in Clinical Psychology. I am also a residential faculty member at South Mountain Community College teaching psychology and statistics courses. I have served on several boards including the Laveen Elementary School District Governing Board, City of Phoenix, Go Bond Committee, and Laveen Village Planning Committee.
