After completing my M.B.B.S. and MBA in Hospital & Health Systems Management from SRMC(Deemed University-Porur) I have excelled at improving the operation of fast-paced patient care environments providing a fresh, metrics-based perspective on how to achieve the utmost care standards. I am energized by finding new ways to maximize productivity through new processes and hands-on mentoring to help resolve any administrative issues. I have strong expertise in eye care and multi-specialty settings. This is my second role with the company after spending two years overseeing quality at seven eye care clinics. My core responsibilities are focused on managing HR processes including salaries and incentives, staff scheduling, and general operations management to help improve bottom line profitability. Within a short period of time I was able to drive operational improvements at seven eye care chains to the point of no patient wait times, optimal safety, and better financial management. My leadership scope included healthcare maintenance, IT, marketing, and HR. We maintained high patient satisfaction rates due to flawless operational consistency at each clinic by partnering with nurses at each location to ensure alignment with company standard operating procedures.Prior to this position, I finished my master’s degree and completed a three-month project about nurse attrition at the Super Specialty Eye Hospital-SankaraNethralaya. I also had a one-month internship at Rakshith Hospital in Operations and HR.Looking after the Salem branch and having an overview on all the other 6 centres.Upgrading all the existing 7 centres to the maximum and going on for rapid expansion to be World's leading Eye care provider with satisfied patients and stakeholders.The Only Eye Hospital in India to be listed both in BSE & NSE.After my Father Dr S K Sundaramoorthy(FOUNDER- Chairman & MD-Lotus Eye Hospital & Institute Ltd Group and Managing Trustee-LVRT Trust of Colleges) passed away i decided to start a massive chain of Eye Hospitals in his name which is how DR S.K.S MEMORIAL EYE HOSPITALS BLOOMED.DR S.K.S MEMORIAL EYE HOSPITALS will expand to parts of South India and Gulf wherever eye care is essential in the next 5 yrs with 100 centres.
