It’s all about people in search for a meaningful life.Trained as a political scientist (PhD) I worked in high-performance environments in research, science management and communications. I have led teams, worked and interacted with world-renowned researchers, science leaders, politicians and CEOs around the globe. I enjoyed every moment, including the insight gained from weathering storms. As a consultant in the corporate, not-for-profit and university sector, I support clients in improving their organizational structure, facilitate senior management retreats, and assist in strategic planning and effective strategy implementation. As an executive coach, I work closely with executives and their teams, developing and improving performance and wellbeing. I also coach individuals to assist them in their return to leadership and management roles after career breaks. My personal coaching combines elements from Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, SchemaCoaching and Hypnosis. I am MBTI® Certified Practitioner.I coach and consult in English and German.
