• Provide clinical mentoring to the target ART centers/ Treatment sites through regular site visits to help the program achieve UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets.• Ensure implementation of ART Services as per prescribed technical guidelines of the National AIDS Control Program at the target ART centers.• Work with ART sites to achieve the highest retention of PLHIV in the program.• Work with ART sites to ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality and excellence in patient care and follow good clinical practices at target ART centers.• Improve the quality of HIV-TB coordination activities at the target ART centers.• Plan & participate in SACEP/Tele-SACEP in coordination with SACS, CoE/ART Plus Centres.• Identify various capacity-building needs of the ART staff and plan appropriate training programs.• Identify, propose and support the implementation of newer differentiated ART delivery models in the state to saturate ART coverage.• Strengthen private sector engagement through physical visits to private practitioners/NGOs in coordination with other team members.• Provide technical inputs in quarterly review meetings of the CST division.• Coordinate with team members under the prevention component to plan strategies for fulfilling the current gaps in the program.• Forecasting of ARTC stockouts and further actions

Travel to existing program and other private hospitals for ensuring smooth program implementation and quality of clinical services• Capacity building of staff of private hospitals through onsite sensitization • Training of doctors though onsite clinical mentoring and various training techniques• Sensitization of professional medical associations’ members from IMA, FOGSI, IAP etc. and engage the private health sector for elimination of new HIV infections• Organizing experience sharing meetings for the staff of private hospitals involved in the program• Capacity building of program team of SAATHII through on going technical guidance sessions.• Program planning and strategy development, along with program manager • Overall monitoring and internal evaluation of program along with Program Manager and Project Director• Representing program at state and district level meetings • Coordination with other HIV service providers in district• Development of technical materials, tools and checklists, and documents • Development of activity reports including mentorships, sensitisation, trainings etc. • Review of literatures and technical documents and development of various program reports in coordination with program team• Documentation of program activities including best practices and newsletters etc.
