Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology to advice management and suggest actions. Providing budget estimation for technical activities of the company Monitoring the technological activities of the organization to ensure optimal performance and stability. Developing and maintaining appropriate IT structure and provide the qualified resources to support organizational business needs. Set the technology vision and strategy of the company as well as set and design the needed processes for the sector. Set the necessary KPIs to measure the achievement regarding the implementations of strategies

In my previous role as CTO, I set the SDLC, Business Analysis and PM methodologies for the company; built the technical framework for the enterprise application within the company. I also set the technical strategy for the company; managing software, business analysis, and QA team in Amman and Egypt and providing budget estimation for technical activities of the companyMoreover, I maintained continuous alignment of operations scope with strategic business objectives, and provided recommendations to modify & enhanced effectiveness toward business result or strategic intent

As Director of Technology, I set the technology vision of the FinTech product developed by the company. I acted as member of the PMO steering committee that sets the company processes; manage IT, and Enterprise application teams in Amman, Dubai, Egypt and Belgium. I also managed software development team in Amman, Egypt and Belgium. Moreover, I provided Budget estimation for company new technology and IT initiatives; handled the R&D for Software development and IT technology. I also worked as a rank officer with other technology partners such as IBM (IBM innovation centre in Brussels, I2 division in USA and GB), Microsoft and HP (HP performance lab in Paris).As Director of Software Development, Head of Technology office, I managed development team in Jordan, Turkey, Egypt and Belgium with responsibility for setting development team vision and strategy, including transition plans for new technology transfers. I also set Enterprise integration vision among company products.Moreover, I ensured company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed always.
