My doctoral thesis, recognized as the 'Best Thesis Dissertation 2016' by the Academy of Management, Critical Management Studies Division, stands as a testament to my scholarly contributions. Additionally, my tenure as a Research Fellow on a prestigious €3.2M FP7-funded Gender Equality and Innovation project equipped me with invaluable experience in managing complex research endeavors across multiple work packages and international partner institutions.Transitioning from academia to the dynamic realm of community engagement, I joined CBMDC as an Inclusion Executive Coach. In this role, I spearheaded various EDI projects, including a high-impact Place-Based EDI strategy funded by the Health and Wellbeing Board. Despite the challenges posed by organizational restructuring and financial constraints, I remained steadfast in my commitment to advancing EDI initiatives and fostering inclusive environments.
