I am a researcher who has completed PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University (2020) and is trained in immunology, microbiology and molecular biology. My research has mainly been focused on understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms of host defence against Mycobacterium tuberculosis and to unravel the mechanism of how mesenchymal stem cells support the dormant form of tuberculosis and the immune pathways involved. I have expertise in working with mice model, mammalian cell culture and bacterial culture. I am very well versed with techniques such as FACs, Real-Time PCR, microscopy, analysis of transcriptomics data and bioplex analysis of cytokines. Besides technical and transferable skills, I have experience of Project & Risk Management, Data Analysis & its Reproducibility. I know Technical writing, I have written projects, research articles, book chapter and review articles, both individually and in the team. I have collaborative skills and the ability to learn things quickly. I am dedicated to work and follow Work Ethics of institutions.
