I was doing my Ph.D which involves identification of locations for real estate investment using data science and network science. Real estate investment was one case study under the broad umbrella of smart cities. The work was in collaboration with Florida Internation University (who gave us the access for the real estate data of Miami Beach) and IIT.

IoT system using Geo-Distributed Machine Learning (GDML) for outdoor air quality monitoring. This project was in collaboration with Cognizant Pvt. Ltd and from the perspective of smart cities. This also includes the usage of data privacy preservation techniques, which uses techniques like differential privacy to safe guard the data captured from sensors.

I was working on my PhD thesis which was on identification of locations for real estate investment using data science and network science from the smart city perspectives. Also on one more DST funded project which used machine learning to predict the human gait for correcting postures and medical assistance.
