Encouraging rural youth specially girls to go for higher education and provide them quality education at minimum cost, even free education to some needy students, making them employable by imparting various skills and training them to be financially independent.He started senior college at Sausar (MP) India in 2001 and motivated others too to revolutionise education system in rural areas.In 2009 he and his wife Dr Smita selected Saoner in Nagpur district of Maharashtra to start another college, Presently he is guiding more then 50 other colleges in their teaching methodology, trainings and developing curriculum.
