CurrentTo support and coordinate Training and capacity building through Tele Mentoring:to facilitate training and capacity building using the iECHO cloud-based platform, supporting the U.P. Government's National Health Mission (NHM) across 18 divisions and 5 medical institutes, AIIMS Raebareli, Gorakhpur.To coordinate Digital sessions as classic case based learning and support webinar sessions on various community health topics for UP government spokes (ASHA, ANM, AWW, CHOs, Disaster relief officers, Medical officers, DPMU, BPMU, Medical Residents, TB unit UP) through tele-mentoring to enhance the expertise of health cadres in diagnosis and community intervention through the hub-and-spoke model. Managing project focused on leveraging and democratizing knowledge to amplify healthcare delivery.To support & coordinate with subject matter expert for Digital learning platform for Cancer Mukt Bharat.To Coordinate with TB Unit King George Medical University, Lucknow for ongoing tele-mentoring session under NTEP, UP. To support Kalyan Singh Cancer Super specialty Institute & Hospital, Lucknow in conducting Cancer awareness screening and pre referral management for peripheral government health care units (CHCs, PHCs, Sub Centers).
