- Providing legal consultations to policy and decision makers in the private sector in Egypt and the MENA region.- Creating legal solutions for international companies operating in Egypt, and the MENA region.- Conducting and developing research, studies, and policy papers for private sector.- Analyzing economic and commercial laws, and developing studies related to investment legislation and regulations in Egypt and the MENA region.- Monitor and follow up legislations, regulations and systems related to investment policies, and contribute to their drafting and amendment.- Establish strategic communication channels and coordinate meetings between stakeholders in government, public sector, and private sector.- Organizing conferences, seminars, and workshops between stakeholders at home and abroad.- Training and developing capabilities in the legal fields for employees working in private sector.- Evaluation of corporate governance policies and compliance for the private sector entities, in accordance with domestic legislations, and international standards.- Preparing annual plans for the Legal Affairs Department.

- Receive reports of administrative units relating to the financial, administrative, and technical irregularities, then draft the legal opinion, and follow up on their implementation.- Investigate alleged irregularities of staff, and propose appropriate punishment.- Conduct studies, research, and Propose legislation that Enhances ACTA objectives.- Editing and review contracts and Memorandum of Understanding held by ACTA.- Providing legal advice and support to the administrative units in ACTA by answering legal inquiries, and finding solutions to problems that are not covered by the law or having no clear legal solutions.- Editing of lawsuits, appeals, and statement of defense related to ACTA.- Examination of complaints submitted to ACTA relating to corruption and lack of integrity.- Representing the ACTA in committees related to the development of laws on transparency, integrity, and anti-corruption.- Follow up on the ACTA's rights with judicial authorities and the private sector.- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and decisions related to the work of ACTA.- Contribute to the preparation of the annual operational plans of the Department of Legal Affairs, and follow up on their implementation.

- Proposing laws and regulations for government employees, and advising on the implementation of these laws.- Developing civil service systems to ensure efficiency, providing technical support to human resources departments, and inspection of these departments.- Identify functional requirements in government agencies, and supervise the recruitment of staff on the basis of equal opportunities to ensure transparency and integrity.- Studying budgets and proposing policies for salaries, allowances, and compensation.- Designing job classification systems, evaluation, description, publication and registration them.- Develop training policies and plans to improve staff efficiency, supervise training centers, examine their technical performance, and participate in the development of management training programs.- Participate in the administrative reform policies to improve the efficiency of government agencies.- Studying proposals for establishment organizational structures for new agencies, or modification of their structures.- Providing technical support to simplify government procedures, and improve the performance of government services.
