I have received B.E. degree in “Mechanical Engineering” from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli and the M.Tech. degree with the specialization in “Design and Production of Thermal Power Equipment-DPTPE” from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, and the Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering in the area of “Fluid Mechanics and Heat Transfer by focusing Electronic Cooling Applications, incorporating Computational Fluid Dynamics” from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing[IIITD&M] Kancheepuram, Chennai, India. Submitted a Ph.D. thesis titled “Numerical and Experimental study of Heat Transfer Enhancement in Electronic Systems”. Completed all my degrees in full time mode. Currently a “Research Assistant Professor” in Center of Excellence for Electronic Cooling, Department of Mechanical Engineering at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. Many U.G/P.G projects guided and certified the students with SCI journal publications. I have published more than 100 research papers in National/International journals and conferences. Out of which 40 were Scopus Indexed and 27 were SCI - impact factor journals. So for 10 patents were filed and Published, out of which 7 patents were granted.I am having 22 year of teaching experience and 12 years of research experience.Research Area of Interest:Fluid Mechanics, Thermal Sciences, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, Electronic Cooling, Heat Transfer Enhancement using Nano Materials and Energy Efficient Buildings.
