General Manager is responsible for the operations of Emergency rooms managed by ChildLife Foundation. He has to provide strong strategic, professional leadership for all aspects of Operations & program delivery according to the strategic direction set by the C.E.O

Manager Clinical Services Contributes to Aman Healthcare Services Corporate management agenda by providing strong strategic, professional and clinical leadership for all aspects of Clinical Services and allied health professionals, in demonstrating care, compassion and respect for patients, carers and staff and is a member of the Management Team.Responsible for:Compliance of Clinical indicators, Clinical governance and audits, ISO requirement and Compliance, Training, guideline of standard procedures, Identify and implement the need of new drugs in EMS along with its guideline, Supervisory Audits, Reviewing & implement international EMS Standards, Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met, Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports, Public relation, Special projects, Operational Delivery, Performance Management, monitor expenditure, Reinforce safety regulations, Analyze budgets, cash flow, inventory control and Brand Awareness.
