WORK EXPERIENCE:I have worked as Assistant Farm Manger in K&Ns (A Pakistani multinational poultry and frozen food company) at Hassan Abdal District Attock Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan from April 2016 to January 2017 in its Farms (PS operation (totally controlled Houses)I have also worked as Farm Manager in K&Ns from October 2019 to December 2021 in its BREEDER Farms (COBB, Broiler breeder farms)As a farm manager, I have: I have followed all health aspects, production parameters in broiler breeder integration, management, monitoring, feed & water consumption, vaccinations, and body weight. I have experience in the entire operation particularly the earliest life of chicks of no depletion possible, repair of weights at rearing and egg management at production. Administered routine sampling from cleaning and disinfection of breeder farms, all microbiological tests were performed as per company policy.  Prepared to plan chicks & breeders production program. Arranged day-to- day breeder operations to ensure the required quantity and quality of hatch eggs.  Good command over ARTIFICAL INSEMINATION TECHNIQUE in poultry. Good command over ROTEM, Hp40 and Tp54 (Environmental Control Systems) Preserved an updated file of payroll accounts with corresponding entries on working hours, deductions and increments to identify the total salary payable to the worker for the month. Supervised different activities of the farm including supervisor’s performance. Implemented weekly meetings for skills development and job improvement. Maintained updated Daily and Weekly report for Management review and inventories of birds, egg production, feeds and supplies. KNOWLEDGE OF EGSS FOR EXPORT (ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE):Grading of eggs (Hatching eggs 42-51g Starter, 52-60g A grade, store eggs below 42g)When starter eggs closed then start Eggs grading accordingly (toe Cracks, HC cracks, Miss shaped, under size, Mini eggs, weak shell, Double yolk). Flock Health (vaccination and medication programs):Supervise vaccinations that is properly delivered to the birds either by Spray, Water, Eye drop, Wing web, Intramuscular and Subcutaneous. Ensure proper procedure in Vitamin mixing and Antibiotics that includes water system clean and monitor drinking water pH and hardness.
