After serving as an Instructional Leader, Student Support Team Coordinator, Academic Coordinator, Teacher, and Department Chair, Dr. Marshall has helped countless novice and veteran teachers improve their instructional practices and classroom management practices. Dr. Marshall is an experienced Qualitative Researcher, who has conducted extensive research in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, & Black Female Educational Leaders, which was the focus of her published dissertation. Dr. Marshall is also a Certified DEI Trainer & Consultant. As an empowerment speaker, Dr. Marshall created Unapologetically Empowered & Purposed in 2020, during the pandemic, in order to walk in her God given purpose with the vision of “Empowering Women Through Spirituality, Inspiration, and Support. As an Educational Leader and Empowerment Founder, Dr. Marshall continues to lead by example as a servant leader, positively & fiercely advocating, empowering, and transforming the lives of students, families, and communities by actively providing resources, tips, and words of encouragement through professional development trainings, speaking engagements, seminars, and volunteering through her various organizational affiliations.
