As a Systems Engineer at MetroStar, a leading IT solutions provider for the federal government, I leverage my CompTIA Security+ certification and over four years of experience to test and secure web applications, network sandboxes, client-customer applications, hardware, and firmware. I use tools such as HBSS, ACAS, and NESSUS scanner to identify and resolve potential security issues in accordance with DOD standards. I also apply my programming skills in C# and JavaScript to write automated cases for the Patch Vulnerability Group.In addition to my role at MetroStar, I am the CEO and founder of two organizations that reflect my passion for education and technology. iDream Technologies, LLC is a computer training company that offers fast-track curriculum and boot camps for IT professionals to obtain industry-specific certifications and bridge the skills gap between employers and the workforce. iDream Educational Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides STEM-based learning and life skills instruction to the underrepresented population in the Middle Georgia area. Through these initiatives, I aim to empower and inspire individuals and communities to achieve their full potential.
