Dr. Shefali Raj is an Edupreneur, who holds a PhD Degree in Management. She is an Educationist for almost three decades now.She is the Founder of two ventures called Speakwel - The Lifestyle School & AasRay. Shefali is a certified Career Counsellor besides being the Managing Director of PSIT Group of Institutions for the last 13 years.Shefali has been a YWCA Member & a First Degree Reiki healer. She knows Braille & has received appreciation from blind employees’ welfare council, drug addicts’ rehabilitation organisation and UNICEF.Shefali has been bestowed with the “Rani Laxmi Bai Naari Ratan” Honor, “ Kanpur Ratan”, “Career Guru Award”, “Brand Kanpur” & “FICCI FLO Award for Outstanding Woman in Director category” for her contribution to the society. Another feather on her cap is a medal she has received from the Governor for Excellence in Education.In other roles, she is the Vice President of NHRD & a Tedx Speaker.She is also a Corporate Coach, who has worked on assignments with Kanpur Municipal Corporation, Kanpur Smart City, Pepsico, Pantaloons, HBTI, Kanpur University, CSA University & many more.She has been instrumental in transforming the brand image of PSIT with her constant commitment and domain expertise on Corporate Relations, Organization Development & Outreach Programs.A devout believer in the theory of Karma, she is passionate about giving back to the society in her best possible way.She runs an NGO called ARTH that works towards Education & Environment. Her flagship program “Paathshala” for last seven years has been education of girl children. Her NGO has associated with bodies like CII YI for Gender Sensitization. Vocational Courses like Tailoring, Embroidery & Computers are open for Arth Students under “Saamarth Program.”Environment issues are deeply disturbing to her. Speakwel students often stage Nukkad Natak, Plogging Drives, Anti-Polythene Campaigns.
