Dr. Shikha Jain is an academician with a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Dr. Shikha specializes in the area of Human Resource Management (HRM), Organization Behavior and Change Management. During her doctoral research, she has investigated Mergers and Acquisitions in IT companies at the level of HR and operations, and employees' subsequent psychological reactions to those. She is actively engaged in mentoring PGDM/MBA students. She has also published and presented several research papers in national and international conferences. She also teaches Digital Marketing and Business Communication in PGDM course. She has qualified State Eligibility Test (SET) for Lectureship.She is also a digital content creator. She works as a Freelancer for creating and marketing engaging content through PR and social media for start-ups as well as global organizations. She helps clients in building brand image and visibility through content, media and social media.She is passionate about learning and sharing.
