I am responsible for leading the vision and delivery of the Digital & Technology ecosystem for NEO. I report into the Board, Chaired by John McLeod. NEO is the world’s first independent international zone, stretching over three countries. It represents an investment in technology and infrastructure of over $700B to create the worlds first Cognitive Cities.I lead the development, planning, implementation and management of the strategies, programs, decisions, assignments and activities of NEO tech and digital infrastructure. Including: Planning and delivery of a full-scale, and scaleable, tech and digital infrastructureincluding networks and applications (AI, Blockchain, Robotics, etc). Development of networks with leading tech/digital companies, start-ups,investors and institutions globally to secure appropriate partners for projects.Oversee initiatives, develop/communicate quality standards, and incubate innovative ideas for the Tech & Digital sector. Comprehensive contract management, oversight and partnerships with tech/digital providers in the region and outside. Developing the Technology and Digital Sector of NEO as a profitable entity while accelerating information technology revenues and investment in the region.
