I am an independent small business consultant based in Bhubaneswar, India. I have been working as an Academician, Trainer, Mentor, Consultant and Researcher in Entrepreneurship and Small Business development in various parts of the world. I have a long working experience of more than 30 years mostly in small and medium enterprise(SME) development, youth enterprise development, micro enterprise development, training, teaching, research and consultancy. I have a sound understanding of Asian, African and the Caribbean economies by living and working in these regions.I have done extensive work for the Commonwealth Secretariat, London to assist governments in Africa, Caribbean and Government of India for the start up (Entrepreneurship) innovative micro-enterprises, to research micro-enterprise and its impact on poverty alleviation and to design entrepreneurial skills curricula for different user groups.So far I have visited and worked in Thailand, Singapore, Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Ethiopia, England, Commonwealth of Dominica, Barbados, Guyana, St. Lucia, Antigua, British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts, Zambia, Switzerland, Denmark and Sri Lanka.
