As part of an interdisciplinary team, I provide legal support to global clients undergoing transformation, whether in the context of pre- or post-deal carve-outs, post-deal integrations or as part of restructurings triggered by other factors.I have completed my studies in business law (Master and Post-Graduate) in the EU. My main field of study and interest is in the area of corporate and commercial law. My ability to analyze, think, discuss and decide conceptually is just as convincing to you as my ability to grasp things quickly and my ability and willingness to tackle the challenges ahead as part of a team. In contact with clients I can rely on very good language skills. I have imagination and enthusiasm and am willing to face challenges together with you. I am aware of the effects of my actions on my fellow Women and men and my environment and I understand that we can only live together as a group on our planet earth. Of course I have friends and family who share my visions and with whom I learn together. I like to drink water, as water is the source of life.
