We Care Support Services is an elder care provider serving the community of Wayne County in Detroit. Currently, assisting leadership in organizing measurable problem/solution protocols that can be tracked, revisited for effectiveness, shared as best practices, and identified a potential global trend. The consultancy focused on expanding organizational visibility through community outreach by establishing partnerships with Princeton University, McCarter Theatre-Princeton, NJ, and Citizens for a Diverse and Open Society, Redbank, NJ.• Developed programs covering cross-functional learning and engagement objectives, designed, and analyzed program topics to maximize effectiveness, and implement improvement strategies, resulting in a 65%, increase in overall program attendance in 6 months• Facilitated the board's restructure to meet the organization's mission and vision.
