As a Manager Medical Administration at Rainbow Children's Hospitals, I oversee the daily operations and quality of services of one of the leading pediatric hospitals in India. I have a Master of Hospital Management (MHM) degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in medical law and ethics from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. I also have a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Himachal Pradesh University. With work experience in the healthcare sector, I have gained valuable skills and competencies in hospital management, communication, presentations, leadership, and problem-solving. I have also worked as an intern at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals and St. Stephen's Hospital, where I learned from some of the best professionals in the industry. My mission is to improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery, and to ensure that every child receives the best possible care.
