Focussing on strategy, structure and culture alike, I lead transformational projects and developmental processes from carving out the sense of urgency, to digging in analytically, designing smart processes and consequently implementing "the new" - usually by applying custom-fit learning architectures.

As a team coach I support corporations, teams and their leadership in developmental processes and acute situations of challenge. Working on structure and culture, considering the social complexity at work, I love designing and implementing processes of development. I am passionate about leadership culture and cross-functional work. Supporting teams and responsible managers in clarifying purpose, roles and practices as well as intra- and interpersonal development is my delight.
