• Critical review of medical records to for Preparation of Medical Chronologies/Medical Record Summary for a major pharmaceutical company• Provide support to attorneys/Medical-Legal consultants to understand the issues in medical records for preparation of depositions and effectively reduce time required for them to review the records.• Medical record review is also applicable for various other areas of litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice/negligence, worker’s compensation, occupational injury and class action suits etc.• Worked since the transition phase of the project and majorly contributed in successfully establishing this process as a new service line. • Additional core responsibilities include preparation of SOPs and Protocol, coordinate with US SMEs for quality check, recording all the minutes of meeting and updating the protocol regularly based on discussions during project conference calls and client feedback.• Onshore / offshore coordination and liaison with client• Attend the client calls, understand the requirements and make necessary changes to the process and product to meet the requirements in terms of quality and turnaround time. • Coordinate with Business Development team for planning and development of the new service line in medical record review.
