I am Sophie, the founder of the healthy & wealthy orthodontist movement. I coach orthodontist to reduce their stress levels and enjoy more of their life.There is a silent stress crisis in the orthodontic community. Everyone is stressed, and for good reasons. The market is difficult, regulations got harder, the job is more demanding than ever.Many orthodontists reach a point where they wonder how they can move forward and still love their job until they retire.Life shouldn't be like that. And it doesn't have to.The good news? Whatever the environment, stress can be managed. And you can reclaim enjoying your life, in and outside of the practice.Why I care about stress that much? Glad you asked!Life has forced me to learn to manage my stress, as it is a predominant factor in increasing the physical pain I have from an inflammatory disease: endometriosis. So believe me, I did my research , and tried everything, from nutrition to physical practices to mental practices.
