As the Surveillance Medical Officer (SMO) within the NPSP project under the auspices of the World Health Organization (WHO), I have held this position since July 2020. My key responsibilities encompass the application of epidemiological and public health principles, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, as well as proficient data management for surveillance and immunization initiatives, particularly focusing on vaccine-preventable diseases. Additionally, I am actively engaged in collaborating and coordinating efforts with partner agencies and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
