After few years of clinical services under KKM, I decided to venture into healthcare management. Currently I'm taking care of Doctor's Recruitment - explore and engage with potential candidates who wish to join SMCV, coordination on clinical governance meetings (i.e. MAC, Division or Sub-Division meetings, etc), coordinate with Legal Services or Customer Service in clinical case review or review patient's complaints related to Consultants. I'm also taking care of administrative support of my department, manage all documents in the division by ensuring a systematic filing system, archive documents for future reference and ensure update and filing on relevant doctors practicing documents, prepare memos/ letters. I'm also a coordinator among Quality Resources department on the paperwork preparation and submission for MOH license and involve in hospital accreditation activities.

I served as Medical Officer under Klinik Kesihatan Seremban 2 (KKS2) during pandemic. I was KKS2 COVID vaccine centre incharge. Other than vaccination centre duty, I review patients in clinic at different zones which include normal outpatient, fever centre, TB centre and Emergency Department.

I served as a house officer in Hospital Kuala Lumpur and completed 2 years training program. After completed house officer training, I was stationed in Hospital Tunku Azizah - O&G, Delivery Suites for 2 months.
