• Responsible for project and product management; R&D of the software & UI architecture. Walk-through for a complete universal and granular survey, converted into an App to evaluate an individual's and the household's data to analyze their data including their socio-economic, WASH(water, sanitation, and hygiene), Pregnancy Risk assessment, and Ante Natal Care (ANC), Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI), School health, and Lymphatic Filariasis (LF) & Leprosy. In essence, a screening tool was developed into a viable digital mobile-based application that is successfully run in 2 countries.- Responsible for developing & supporting digital health strategies to accelerate Digital Health transformation in India with a focus on Health Information systems - Responsible for relationship management & Research Work with the Partners to arrive at Healthcare IT strategy to engage with stakeholders across the public and private sector- Responsible for providing strategic and domain expertise for defining digital processes for Health Information- Have been responsible for developing & leading functional & business process specifications for microservice architecture implementation in healthcare- Also responsible to manage Digital Health Department's capacity building by driving selection & recruitment with the human resource team and is also responsible for the liaison with the external consultants to support digital health work.- Have been responsible to conceptualize & design specifications for public health registries (Health workers, health facilities, etc) to facilitate the development of public IT infrastructure to support interoperability.

- Conduct population health informatics intervention research to guide data-driven policymaking.- Facilitate the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enabled interventions that can translate research into practice and provide evidence-based solutions to improve the overall health and well-being of the individuals, families, and the communities they live in. - Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities to address population health needs.-Engage policymakers and other stakeholders to create community impact locally, nationally, and globally.- Contribute to advancing the achievement of SDGs through research, educational excellence, and community well-being.

• Academic research conducted at a variety of levels, including local, national, and global levels.• Designing and conducting research studies, analyzing and interpreting data, and writing research reports and papers as a consultant in various projects. Researching and analyzing public health data to identify trends and patterns, developing and implementing public health programs and interventions, and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to address public health issues.• Some specific areas of focus for public health research includes understanding and addressing health disparities, developing and evaluating public health interventions, studying the impact of environmental factors on health, or researching the effectiveness of different healthcare delivery models in projects with various Stakeholders/Organizations

• Product Manager in the development of DHARA WL2 (Digital @Home AI-enabled Real-time Appropriate interventions for WASH, Leprosy, and Lymphatic Filariasis). The software focuses on a granular survey through the stages of the household survey, individual evaluation, WASH screening with the screening of diseases and disability, with American leprosy mission for ending NTD through women-led WASH. (Phase 2)

• Project GRAPH - In Association with Lepra society, Ending NTD's (Neglected Tropical Disease) project through women-led WASH practices as a pilot project in 26,800 households in 128 villages in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha with universal granular study and research.• The project integrated WASH and NTDs, addressing behaviour change and access to WASH, raising awareness of endemic NTDs, their prevention, and treatment. The primary approach was to end NTDs in hard-to-reach, NTD endemic and WASH poor areas among vulnerable and at-risk communities through sustainable women-led WASH initiatives. Different approaches were followed to empower women in Self-Help Groups to undertake collective action for improved WASH access.

Nalgonda Diagnostics Situational analysis (NDSA)• A comprehensive study was done of all the health centers and diagnostic facilities in Nalgonda District; Telangana, India for automation of the diagnostics, the project was funded by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Telangana.• Worked as the co-coordinator of the project, played an integral role in data collection, analysis and data visualization.

Project- DAS COM – 2 (Disability Assessment and Support – Complete and Comprehensive) is a project funded by Google.org to design and develop a semi automated device to assess all five types of disabilities in a digital format, automate measurement, provide instant analysis, certify and link the person with disability to the customized benefits furnished by Govt. Of India
