The role remit was extremely wide, ranging from the successful attainment and management of over 1.5M euros in business grants, developing from scratch a functional company structure, construction of a business model investment plan while also leading and performing project management of all external collaborations/partnerships including very successful regulatory interactions with the European Medicines Agency (EMA) and the development of GMP production processes together with CMOs. Practical association and work with the company ended in March 2014, although currently remain a major shareholder in the company.
